The "starfoxm" folder contains all music samples used in game, and the "starfoxs" folder contains all sound effects and voice lines.
Unfortunately the files don't follow a naming scheme that makes them easily identifiable. I'm not sure if that's a result of the program I used to extract them or if that's just how the files are actually named?

Every file here was extracted and converted using a program called "Amuse GUI". For those interested, this is the process I went through looked like:

1. Using Dolphin, I extracted the entire disc data.
2. In the "audio" folder there were 2 .pro files named "starfoxm.pro" and "starfoxs.pro".
3. Using a program called "Amuse GUI" (which you can find below these steps) I was able to extract the sounds from both of these files.
4. In the program titled "amuse-gui.exe", I went to "File" > "Import Groups" > selected either of the 2 .pro files > "Import WAVs" > "Yes" (when asking to scan for all MusyX group files in the directory so it got the other .pro file with it) > title the project whatever you want and it will extract to a new folder of that name in the same directory as the .pro file in the next step > click "File" > "Export GameCube Groups" > The extraction process for both the "starfoxm" and "starfoxs" folders should begin.
5. The extraction process takes a minute or two and the program should close automatically when it's finished. I have heard reports of the program crashing during extractions so maybe do it twice just to be safe.
6. The program may also create a folder called "out" alongside the "starfoxm" and "starfoxs" folders with .proj and .pool files in it. I don't know what these are for but I chose to not delete them just in case. Note: All of the files in this download are in .wav format, as sounds-resource would not let me upload this with those other formats present.
7. You can also mess around with the sound banks in Amuse GUI when the .pro files are imported by clicking on things under each folder and using the on-screen keyboard.
